Simenda Jewellery offers the best Sterling Silver Jewelry in Israel. We strive to offer the best quality of Silver and Silver with Gold Jewelry. We view our clients as family members we want to provide the best service possible, please contact us with any questions or concerns we would happily assist you
We give lifetime guarantee on our gold, as it is hand welded welded it will never fall off. If an item arrives damaged from shipping please contact us as soon as possible so we can repair said item. If an item arrives in a good condition but faults appear within few days due to production error contact us and if it is truly fault in production we will repair it free of charge.
Any damages done due to
misuse (i.e scratching the item, stepping on it, losing the item etc)
will not be covered by warranty. If we accidentally send you the wrong
size, contact us send us the item and if the item is in fact in the
wrong size we will resize it for free and compensate you 10$ for your
shipping in future orders.
If you order the wrong
size we happily resize it for 20$, 10$ for service and 10$ for postage.
We inspect our products thoroughly but sometimes error may occur and we
would happily repair said items for free if the fault is in production
and not misuse.
Refunds and Returns
We accept returns on any item that isn't customized, if you bought an item and aren't satisfied please contact us within 7 days of receival of the item and you will be issued a refund the moment we receive the item back.
If the item you return is damaged due to misuse you will be partially refunded (our shipping and repair costs deducted from sale price).
If damages are done due to shipping/faulty production you will be get a full refund. If our Jewelry was treated by someone who isn't Simenda Jewellery (Jeweler or not) the warranty is void.
To be eligible for repairs/refunds you will need receipts and your identification, without either we can't issue a refund.
Please don't send unsolicited returns/repairs contact us prior to shipping your repairs/returns any unsolicited mail will be ignored and auto returned by our post office.
