We receive orders 24/7, but we process orders from 8 A.M to 4 P.M Israel Time (10 P.M – 6 A.M Pacific, 1 A.M – 9 A.M. Eastern).

We work from Sunday to Thursday while we don’t work on Fridays and Saturdays and any Israel Holidays. So if you purchase any item on the time we are on holidays we will process the order on the first working day.

After you have selected your items from our Stylish Internet Catalog Simenda Ltd they will appear in your online basket. After you check everything is in order press checkout and it will transfer you to a window where you can choose payment type. Currently we have PayPal WebMoney, pay with credit card and contact us.

Contact us, will transfer your order to us but you won’t be able to pay you will have to manually contact us with alternative payment method (In case PayPal/Webmoney doesn’t suite you or isn’t supported in your country).

Delivery 

Once your order is done, we will ship it to the address mentioned in checkout. If you wish to change the address, please contact us before we ship it. Once the item is shipped you will receive a tracking number with a link to track said package with the courier you have chosen. 
We offer free shipping on every item you purchase via Israel Post Office, but if you want expedited shipping using DHL, UPS, FEDEX it's possible at additional cost. Any retail orders above 500 US dollars will receive free expedited shipping from either of those companies (DHL,UPS,FEDEX).

If the items you have purchased are in stock we will ship them in couple of days and update you with a tracking number (Unless its holidays or Friday\Saturday)

If the item you ordered isn't in stock we will need 14 days to make the jewelry you ordered or 10 business days but will try our best to do it faster. On some occasions it may take longer than 2 weeks, due to holidays or huge workload near holiday season etc.
